In January 2019 Connie and Jerry Shaw made the decision to start a supervised by them a Book Publishing Company.  
The decision next was to use the SIR World Network, Inc. to be the Publisher.
and now in January 2020 the decision was made to help other good authors of books and short stories
to get published and out to the public. The Company is well on it way.

JERRY P. SHAW

Mr. Shaw, since 1971, has represented employers and employees on employee grievances, unemployment insurance claims and equal employment opportunity complaints. He has attended over 2400 hearings dealing with unemployment, EEOC and labor claims. He has worked as a consulting agent for major corporations including Kaiser Foundation Hospital, National Medical Hospitals, Jack-In-The-Box, Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonalds, Utah Automobile Dealer's Association, and many others.

His experience also includes financial consulting, production control management, and personnel manager. He has contracted as management to companies with personnel and deep financial problems. Through correct personnel management these companies became profitable. Companies included soap manufacturing and distribution, bowling alley, food stores, security patrol company, and airline charter service. He has acquired the following licenses: security and exchange, stock broker, private investigation, health and life insurance, and a private pilot's license. He has been on both sides of the management fence, that of a contracting management consultant, and also as manager/owner his own companies with a large number of employees.

Mr. Shaw grew up in Logan, Utah, and attended Utah State University, the University of West Los Angeles, where he studied business law, employee law, and administration. He founded Shaw Investigation and Research in 1971. In 1979 S.I.R. Institute was founded, in 2003 the name changed to American Management University . Since it's organization, he has provided training to several hundred individuals who have become personnel managers, managers and owners of various companies. Over 2500 individuals have received degrees and diplomas in Beginning and Advanced Investigation and Management studies programs. In 1997 he resumed his schooling and In November 2001 he received a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management.

Mr. Shaw is married to Connie Taylor. They have thirteen children.

Ms. Connie Taylor, Was the President and Chief Executive Officer of S.I.R. Institute, SIR Collection Service and Vice President of SIR Employee Management, Inc.  In 1988 she became responsible for all claims and claims processing, all customer and manager telephone and in house training programs, computer programs and procedures. Types of claims included Unemployment, Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, Worker's Comp, wrongful discharge, EEO and Labor. 

Over the past years, hundreds of seminars were conducted by Mrs. Taylor to help train and educate individuals in human relations and self reliance. She has written over 24 software programs for customers, which include tracking sales, inventory, and profit on new and used cars, health clubs membership and billing, rental units customer tracking and billing. Other computer programs provide company daily reports, plus weekly, monthly, or yearly reports for any time periods and any item. She has written SIR companies’ software for processing claims, and programs for collecting returned checks. She has worked as a contracting consultant for several firms specializing in time management, productivity and office efficiency procedures. She's a free lance writer and the author of several books. She was, and is, the driving force behind the development of the Personality and Motivation tests, and the Communication and Understanding People, program offered by S.I.R. Institute. Ms. Taylor grew up in Spokane, Washington, and graduated from Spokane Falls College with a Degree in Education and Early Childhood Education, and currently has a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, a Masters in Instructional Science, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management.

She was a widow with four sons for 10 years, in 1992 Connie married her business partner Jerry Shaw. They have 13 children.
